| This dagger has some commonality with the Batak Jono short sword. Whereas the Jono has a slightly single edged curved blade and a straight hilt. This dagger has a silver pistol grip shape similar to the Talibon and a double edge cross section blade. The scabbard has a cross-piece entrance almost like a Keris sheath. Another possible origin could be from the Mentawi islands. |
